Bobby and Casey had an absolutely stunning wedding at Pray Lake in Glacier National Park.
They contacted me just two weeks before they decided to elope and thankfully i had the date open! Now keep in mind, Glacier National Park requires 20 days notice to elope inside the park. The people at the office made an exception in this case. In the future I will recommend simply getting married outside the park and taking pictures inside.
This was a true elopement, they brought their 1.5 year old son and just the two of them. No one else knew it was happening. They opted for my husband to perfom the ceremony which is always super special for me and adds to the intimate feel of the day. As a parent with two toddlers both of us were happy to help out. After the ceremony Clay (my husband) watched their son so we could go exploring.
In the fall the river and lakes water levels are super low, which means we can access places that otherwise would be cut off. We were able to cross the river to an island and found a small pond that perfectly reflected the incredible surroundings including a nearby waterfall!
It was another magical morning at Pray Lake in Glacier National Park
