got married 7 years ago and was super disappointed with my wedding photos. I thought, "I can do better than that!" Pretty soon after my brother got engaged, I captured his proposal and engagement session with my iphone and I loved every minute!
My Background
ith so much area in Glacier National Park it's impossible to go everywhere in a day. Together we will create an itinerary highlighting the must see locations.

fter planning and preparing for months your day is finally here! That is how I see it. This is YOUR day. I am just here to capture it. I will make suggestions throughout the day. If you like them, say yes! if you don't I promise saying no wont hurt my feelings.
My Approach
I spent the next three years training and learning the art of photography. I wanted to be sure that anyone who hired me would be happy with their photos. Then four years ago I took the plunge and started my business. Just over a two years ago my life brought me to Glacier National Park. Since being here I feel like I'm finally home. It has been so great finding the best locations for you to say I DO in.
Most areas you can reach with limited hiking or via a boat ride. For the more adventurous couples we can explore deeper into the Labrynth of Glacier. Whether you want a short ceremony at sunrise, a 4 hour drive exploring Going to the sun road, or a Multi - day backpacking experience I can help. No matter where you go Glacier has views that will make you say, WOW!
I use a combination of prompts and poses to create candid and flattering images. My focus is on helping you create memories not just pretty pictures. I am very flexible and always have back up plans. The weather in Montana is unpredictable at best. The better we are at riding the waves the better chance we have of captureing these EPIC moments.

What Makes it all inclusive GNP Wedding Package?
Rather than receiving the same flowers and cake as every other couple iItake the time to get to know you and recommend vendors that I think align with your vision and personlities. That way you can pick a bouquet that best suits your vision. a cake that is in your budget and any other vendors or day you want to plan. This isn't a cookie cutter wedding this is YOUR wedding. I will make sure it feels like that.

If you want a more remote wedding day visiting East Glacier's iconic Mountains, and Lakes this is the one for you.

This package is designed for two differfent adventures. it is great for getting ready photos and then driving going to the sun road, or if you want to spend more time on going to the sun road maybe doing a small hike or having a picnic.
Another great use of this package is to visit one section on the east side before driving going to the sun road. It's perfect for someone who wants a ceremony in Two medicine or many Glacier before experiencing sunset on Going to the Sun Road.

Travel up to 3 hours outside of Kalispell and to all areas of Glacier National park is included in the packages.
Additional distances will incur fees for travel time and potentially a hotel/flight depending on the location and how long I am there. I do not charge travel fees for cities/states I have family in! that includes
Western, Washington ~ Northern California ~ Phoenix & Tucson Arizona ~ South Carolina ~ Utah ~ Las Vegas, Nevada
I have family all over the country so any exscuse way I can carve out time to visit them is apreciated.

Reach out ASAP. I am booked up to a year in advance but have done elopements as close to two days after booking. There is not straight answer to this you really need to reach out and ask.

2. Booking Proccess
Getting booked is super easy! Once we decide on a date and package I'll email you the contract/invoice. The retainer to reserve your date is 50% of your package price. Then we can set up a payment plan for the rest. You can pay monthly or in a 2nd lump sum 2 weeks before your wedding date.
The contract can be reviewed and signed directly from your client portal.
After that please fill out the questionaire so I can get to know you better.
Now is when the planning starts. I'll send you recommendations for other vendors. We will set up a zoom call to fill out your special use permit and plan the details of your wedding day.

3. ask me Anything
Today is the day! We are going to have SO Much fun! we have planned the perfect day and created an itinerary for you and your guests.
We are going to make the most of whatever mother nature sends us and embrace the uniqueness of the park on your day.
Whether we are together for a couple hours or from sunrise to sunset it will be full of tender moments, laughter, storytelling, and most fo all, adventure!
You will receive a sneak peek of your images within 72 business hours of your wedding.
4. WEdding day!
This is when you get to relax and the bulk of my work begins. I spend days pouring into your wedding day choosing the best images that tell your story and editing them in a way that helps your story sing. the final gallery will be delivered in 6-8 weeks. This is subject to change if there are health or electronic problems.
I am begining to offer comlimentary videography in 2024. Delivery dates start at 8 weeks but since I am learning results will be mixed. In 2025 I will be able to offer a professional quality highlight video.
Once your images are delivered you can order prints directly from the online gallery & you can add a custom wedding album.
5. Photo & video delivery
This was such an amazing experience, it honestly couldn’t have gone any better! Kimberly is the nicest person, she really knows what she is doing and knows how to make you feel comfortable in-front of the camera. She took us to the prettiest spots, she was giving us really good directions and she had just had a baby a few weeks prior! She is literally a superwoman! Her coworker was there as well so they got so many good shots, and they were so funny and nice! Very professional as she promised a preview on the Monday after the shoot and she delivered! The pictures are beautiful, the locations she brought us to were stunning, and afterwards we chatted for a bit as the sun went down and she had snacks for us!! I can’t stop saying great things about Kimberly and this experience, worth every penny and I would do it all over again if I could. 🤎

I cannot say enough great words about how wonderful Kimberly was!! She not only took absolutely amazing photos of our wedding but she helped me plan the whole day, gave me all the recommendations I needed from hair and makeup, flowers and a cake! Planning an elopement can be stressful, especially being so far away and planning it in a place you’ve never been but Kimberly made this whole process so easy. Kimberly was such an amazing help planning out elopement. We had never been to Montana, so having someone who was has such an intimate knowledge with the area was a god send. She helped us work through the process of getting the permit for the park, and our marriage license, navigate a LGBT wedding in a new state, and gave us plenty of locations to choose where to take our photographs. Her help was pivotal in helping us have the most breathtaking experience. We built lasting memories and were able to have them expertly captured.

As a military family- It is always a challenge to figure out when the right time to do anything is. Kimberly was absolutely incredible to deal with especially in the unfortunate times we had changing the schedule!

I wish I could give a million stars! Kimberly was our dream photographer. I knew from the moment I looked at her images that I loved her work and wanted her to shoot our elopement. I reached out with about 2 weeks until our desired elopement date and she was available. Her husband is an officiant and she had amazing recommendations for hair/makeup and flower shops in the Flathead Valley and was able to guide me through getting our special use permit for Glacier. Awesome !!! Kimberly was great ! We had such a wonderful and memorable time in GNP !! She is so nice and easy to get along with. My nervousness and anxiety were gone within seconds of meeting Kimberly. We laughed so much it shows in the photos. I knew as soon as I viewed Kimberly's fb page photos that she was the photographer for us. We were able to pull this elopement off with 3 weeks of planning !! She was a tremendous help. Her husband officiated the ceremony and he was great too!! We requested a bear to photo bomb us and not sure how she did it but a bear showed up while we were driving the GTTSR !! She was able to get some incredible photos of this bear !!! It was truly a magical time !! Highly recommend KTay Photography !!! We are so happy we found her !!!
